Presented by Sandra Adomatis, owner of Adomatis Appraisal Service in Punta Gorda, FL. She is an approved classroom instructor for the Appraisal Institute and a Certified Distance Education Instructor™ - International Distance Education Certification Center – (IDECC). Her involvement in green appraisals gave her the background to spearhead the Appraisal Institute’s “Residential Green and Energy Efficient Addendum” widely used nationally by appraisers, builders, agents, homeowners, and retrofit contractors. Ms. Adomatis is a national speaker on valuing high-performance houses speaking at conferences, local Realtor Associations, Homebuilders Associations, and the Building Alliance Conference.
Windom Hill Place is an award winning residential house in Pittsburgh’s South Side. Developed by Sota Home Living, these homes combine contemporary design, world-class city views and cutting edge green design. In addition to touring one of these incredible homes to learn more about the green features, by the end of this four-hour seminar, you will be able to: define the terms associated with the new building science; list the benefits of high performance construction; and identify ways to market and establish value.
